PLEASE NOTE - We use USPS. If your address is not deliverable by USPS, please reach out to us via our Contact page after placing your order. Shipping charges for orders returned as undeliverable will be charged to the customer.

SHIPPING METHODS

We currently offer one shipping method:

Standard Ground
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery occurs in 1 to 7 business days after processing.

Orders typically ship within 3 Business Days from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON Pacific Time will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after NOON Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed after NOON Pacific Time on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

If there are any problems with your shipment, please contact us via our Contact page within 48 hours of receipt.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of your order, and it is returned to our warehouse you will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges plus the charges back are non-refundable.
